 Dr. David Ward
Dr. Ward graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas A & M University and then attended dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, graduating in 1984. He has completed thousands of hours of continuing education since graduation beginning with a General Practice Residency in Omaha, Ne.
Dr. Ward has taken post-graduate courses in all aspects of dentistry including extensive training in orthodontics, laser periodontics, and sedation dentistry. He has been practicing general dentistry for 25 years. He has been in his current location for 21 years.
Dr. Ward is a past president of the Permian Basin District Dental Society. He also is a member of the Texas Dental Association, American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of Gp Orthodontics, and the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry. Dr. Ward is specially licensed by the state of Texas to provide nitrous oxide sedation and oral sedation.
Dr. Ward has been married to his wife, Ann, for 25 years. They have two daughters, April and Crystal. April is a recent Harvard Law School graduate. She and her husband now reside in Houston. Crystal, an all-state flutist and honor graduate of Big Spring High School is now pursuing an Social Studies degree at Texas Tech.
